how can freicoin have the same public key as BTC?

I like to include Freicoin into UberPay... https://www.cryptocompare.com/wallets/uberpay/ I started the work to integrate the wallet with Freicoin... I will update everyone once I have more details. I have few tech questions, how do I contact the coin devs? Thanks Adonis
