Well, 5 years later it's still not clear that a decentralized solution is even possible. And if it's not decentralized.. then what are we doing here? It'd be so much simpler to have a central ledger that manages demurrage in that case. I will say that I am solely and exclusively interested in decentralized solutions only, in both the near and long term.1 point
