Kool.. I successfully made the withdraw, just waiting on manual admin approval.. fee was a little high, but that is just how it goes I guess

Thank you so much for the quick response.. Maybe the site should add a message to the user that 2 factor needs to be in place to do withdraws..

Hello. I am trying to do a withdraw from the exchange (https://freiexchange.com/funds/btc), but it just refreshes the page with no error or success. Is the 'One-time password' my login password? or do I have to get a one time password from support?
