what do you think of creating some more "official" Freicoin Alliance Email addresses for contacting exchanges, organisations and so on....

Also an "official" contact email address would be great!

I support this After registering to Foundation matching, would be easier to offer information and "official" support for interested parties ^^

What we can do to solve it is a email to web, similar to the support systems.

 

That way everyone can see what comes in on a contact mail and people that answer can "assign" the thread to their self and reply or forward it to who it may concern.

 

Could that be something to do?

Maybe we could do like that, as long as nobody spams to the email sender.

 

But then we must make also clear to the sender, that his mail is online visible.

The support ticket system would be great if we expect to have some "problem" situations Though for consulting/information sharing, I'd see a shared email account / access to common mailbox to be easier solution: 

 

Instead of support system, we can also share a webmail login, i can pm the details abit later today.

UPDATE:

We decided now to start with an simple Email address to contact the Alliance[1]

 

Important mails will be shared and discussed in this forum. 

 

Who is in need of doing some communication for the Alliance can post / apply here to get an Alliance Email address.
