    I've decided to acquire some more mining equipment and got this phunny idea of combining a mining and farming project into one, so lets see if there is any people interested in participating on this I live in a section of an old barn and during winter times have to use electricity for heating. So far I have heated just this one room I linger in, and last winter replaced my heaters with miners (gpu rigs and antminer s1's), which were enough for this one room. Now I got a dozen more of these miners, so will heat this room + the kitchen area with them I've also kept a grow tent in my room du

    Ubuntu Liberation Movement was started in Africa some years ago by Michael Tellinger. The movement has been growing steadily for a while now, and they've started to achieve some really awesome results and have made leaps in progress within the few months now in their home base, Waterval Boven in South Africa. The movement has very similar goals with Freicoin, except their end goal is a world without money.     Discussed this with maaku on the FA Hangout #4, he can provide hosting for website / tools that are needed. He will also set up the needed accounts/addresses (so that the foundation keys cannot be lost/compromised) in the testnet side when he has the time for it What we need to do, is the developing & coding part. I will try to help with this I've learned a bit of jQuery and jQuery mobile after the summer time, so will try to help with the development from that front (website to show the data in clear format)

    Hmphf.. seems like I lost my notes from the beginning of the mumble chat with maaku So I'll have to jot down very basic notes from that part.     Alright, as hot as Perkele it is then I'll prepare some somewhat milder ones for testers for ya as well, though even those can be pretty hot for ~novice chillyist I do have some seeds which are very easy to grow and dont require too much caretaking These varieties are pretty mild, so great for the kids at the school for example.     A little bit of an added delay, Opencart has been updated to 2.0.0 so the payment module needs a bit of tweaking. Fedde's already on it though, so expecting that it wont take too many days Hehe, but, is your friend a chilliehead?     Yup Asked about these at the end of the session, so was kept pretty basic: - The current % of donation matching? 10% like mentioned in the site, or 100% as discussed in the Freicoin forums? --> 10% - What kind of projects can apply / is "official" non-profit status needed? --> Organizations / Projects that fit the vision outlined in the Freicoin Foundation (FF) site can apply, no need for the official non-profit. I've been following this for years, and have learned way more than I learned back in schools (hehe, that can speak for the ~quality of the "modern" schools, but there's really been some great guests on the podcast ) The last one hit home greatly, the guests on the episode were Dr. Mark Gordon, one of his PTSD patients, Matthew Gosney, and screen writer of American Sniper, Jason Hall.     Private was poor choice of word, meant to go after a separate / own channel for Freicoin Alliance. Resoning was/is that I think that the people at the #Freicoin channel doesnt want it to be spammed... or well.. not spammed, but posted with long quotes and discussion related to Freicoin Alliance Though yeah This forum should do fine for this as well, I just tend to like to chat "live" Ps.     Hmm, the long form could be gathered pretty much from these forums, theres a lot of good lines already posted by many peeps, which at quick glance would seem to be in line with eachother Though, I'd recommend there to be a meeting, either on mumble on private channel on IRC, amongst the FA people to collect/finalize/write it?     Awesome You already apparently have an secure offline machine to keep the key(s) on too? ^^ Hmm, since we have 4 other trusted people mentioned here in the thread, would dividing the private key into two parts work? Atleast until we get a wallet that supports multisig? For example, something like this: - Molly holds the full private key - Arcurus and Bicknellski hold one half of the key - Fedde and Fabrizio hold the other half of the key

    Would anyone (*wink wink* Prometheus *wink wink*) have the time to design some simple paper wallets for A4 size prints? The paper wallet should be foldable, so that the private key is "inside" / not visible until opened. The visible sides should have the public key in its long form, the QR code, the Freicoin logo and an area for the value/amount of coins in the wallet. Maybe the Freicoin Alliance logo as well? The Freicoin logo can be either the current one, or the new one found in the New Freicoin Logo thread (http://freicoinalliance.com/topic/19-new-freicoin-logo/)
