Just a question @Rik8119 How much work to port it to a newer Base? Like the freicoin-0.14 branch ?

I favor to get the p2pool code fixed as it would be the easiest way to distribute and for new users to set up that want to run a pool. There is of course other alternavies (nomp, unomp , mpos etc etc) but those are single site pool. I rather see a p2pool network that can work togheter to secure the network itself. Also, the 0.9 code. I see last commit, 25 july 2016. Thats a looong time ago.

Well, my findings is that the code needs to be branched up to a newer core, we are still on 0.8 version off bitcoin. I still have not had time to debug alot as it takes time to build under gitian to get a ok version for 64 bit. 0.10 and upwards contain builds for 64bit on windows. Linux versions build and work ok.

When looking abit deeper, we are missing coins in a block. Address in questen, when examin the block, you see it somehow says the block is 74 coins (should be 96) and the fees in the the block is summed up so it becomes 96, so we are missing some coins, that is why we se negative balance

I think so that there is a fee that is not reduced right ending up in a negative balance

One factor to remember if you send from a wallet, you hit send and enter amount. If you have maby 5 addresses there it will pick from them all to sum up what you want to transfer. Wallet is just a placeholder of addresses.
