  1. You might want to take a few minutes and re-read what I posted. The idea of Montessori, Khan Academy and countless others sites is to let the learner choose their work and who provides the lesson. Anyhow. Let me know when you get something working. The one that really goes to what you are prescribing is having the cloud as the educator using a SOLE. http://www.ted.com/pages/sole_toolkit I for one employ SOLE approaches in my school and they are very effective.
  2. I am more than willing to help act as the guru in residence to help you work on the effectiveness of the media being put out there. As a professional teacher there are always ways, especially in the digital world, to make learning something that improves the quality of education that people receive. What is paramount is creating the absolutely best environment for learning that you can. Be it in the real world or in the virtual world. Here are some thought provoking ideas on the conceptual background of education. It is kind of important I believe to watch these before you do anything i
  3. Good finally. Now let us see if we get a working wallet that we can use. My students are keen on getting a wallet for their phones to store their FRC.
  4. Correct. But providing the focus on what is required first is the key for them to get started. And you can then have them self educate. That is how it works in a Montessori classroom. The teacher is merely a guide and observer. You support their learning by being their to support their path through the curriculum.
  5. Full working version is what we all agreed to when we funded this bounty.
  6. I am not a terrible teacher. I can certainly help you and have kids focus on basics that can get them started on logo design. Basic lesson follows: Identify the item you are going to teach. Demonstrate the item you are teaching. Have the students identify and practice what you taught.
  7. I am Noam Chomsky, Howard Zinn and Michael Albert fan especially Albert's work on Parecon. Participatory Economics. Ron Paul etc.. are not proper Libertarians. Their form of libertarian really is about exploiting the masses to extreme with corporate power. True libertarians are not at all for that. Have a look at Albert's work particularly and what Chomsky says about Mr. Paul. Zinn was a contemporary of Chomsky and in agreement with real libertarian ideals. I see it as real democracy at work, in our community and worldwide. Here is hoping we get that form of political reform in time. ht
  8. Also it might be interesting if you have time to respond to questions about design from the students as they progress. Thanks Prometheus again I will be sourcing high and low for tutorials and ebooks as well.
  9. Ok we will try and set up a "lab" we have the computers available so that we can build this up. We will let you know how it goes.
  10. Some of the students at CMS are keen on learning how to design an FRC logo. What free software could we use?
  11. Have we had anyone interested in the bounty? Do we need to promote this wider or in crease the bounty?
  12. I like it keep your head down. Focused. Up down could be ok either way. I like down cause of the sharp edge the menacing look is neat fearless. I also like the beak points to HERE in the ACCEPTED HERE logo. --- I love the old logo as well with the bird just not the color. Washes out the bird and too hard to see in a icon small format.
  13. LOL Love the Balloon! Better in White!
  14. WOW! LOL! You nailed it. That sort of rakish eye line with the stars. WINS!
  15. I am available after 4:30 pm WIB (GMT +7). Example for today. Tuesday, 16 September 2014, 09:30:00 Tue 16:30 Tuesday, 16 September 2014, 10:00:00 Tue 17:00 Tuesday, 16 September 2014, 10:30:00 Tue 17:30 Tuesday, 16 September 2014, 11:00:00 Tue 18:00 Tuesday, 16 September 2014, 11:30:00 Tue 18:30 Tuesday, 16 September 2014, 12:00:00 Tue 19:00 Tuesday, 16 September 2014, 12:30:00 Tue 19:30 Tuesday, 16 September 2014, 13:00:00 Tue 20:00 Tuesday, 16 September 2014, 13:30:00 Tue 20:30 Tuesday, 16 September 2014, 14:00:00 Tue 21:00 Tuesday, 16 September 2014, 14:30:00 Tue 21:30 Tuesday, 16 Septe
  16. Meeting required... when do we want that to happen?
  17. Just different. Society isn't changing, nor are the people. Human beings still have the same needs as they did 10 years ago, 100 or 1000 or 10000 years ago. What is happening that is positive is a paradigm shift away from traditional economies. This might mean wholesale changes in the world as more people share resources.
  18. I will match the bounty. 0.2 BTC and 20k total from me ---- Edit. I hope others see the benefits of spending some of your mined FRC on bounties. Just minimal investment like this could help bump the value of FRC well beyond our small inputs. Think bigger picture everyone.
  19. Goal for me short term push more information out on current state of the coin and information updated across as many sites as possible. As well trying to get more exchanges and payment gates for the Kria.
  20. Define infrastructure next time. Also... the lack of any purposeful use of the coin seems to be the real limitation at the moment not fundamental in how it is coded structured to be honest. Lack of use and users seems to be what led to the devaluation. Possibly merged mining could rectify that I suppose but that was already on the agenda according to Jtimon and Makku.
  21. Have more SERVICES available that are paid for in FRC. Leading example of this is Sicanet and the Cointopay payment gateway modules. Encourage our small user base to charge FRC for their services.
  22. Might be good to get you on the Admin side here Arcurus.
