  1. Low carb no carb Atkins was truly an amazing period. I was able to really concentrate once my system was free of the overload of sugar based foods. I am not on it now and I know it affects my weight and my health negatively.

  2. I've had the same experience Cutting out just processed sugars can have amazing results by itself ^^ Removing or greatly limiting processed sugars and gluten from diet is usually the best way for obese people to lose weight Even a little bit of exercise on top of that and people have been really amazed of the speed of the results. I'd also recommend playing with ones eating schedule. I've found it to increase my energy levels and productivity, to not eat 2-3 hours after waking up and before going to sleep

  3. I like that people get worked up about it. But really this conspiracy can be broken if we just have better education so that students and families eat better and make better choices. It is great to have the tinfoil hat conspiracy people beating the gmo / food industry drum to a point.

  5. I have a rule with these coins. BTC/FRC etc must be as simple or even simpler to use, more secure and more versatile than cash. Security is covered with encrypted passwords, so that is out of the picture, but that leaves simplicity. The simplicity of FIAT cash is about as simple as it gets, but if you bring with you a £100 note, you're stuck with those, and you can't split it just like that, you can't scan it and make it more or less valuable, you can't pay online with FIAT notes and so on. With crypto currency the development is on the right track. In the future you can probably register yo

  6. Right now I'm working on the physical wallet itself, trying to find a simple way to seal the private key. The simplest solution until now is a paper folded twice (I made it three squares in a row) with a lovely c-section (one for the ladies ) along the second false (fold), so you can "lock" what's printed on the first two squares away from prying eyes and cameras, while the rest is easily accessible. See attached sketch below. While working on this, I got thinking about the kind of ration stamps that were in use during and after the war over here-- could it be useful to have more than on

  7. Lone Gunmen March 4, 2001 PILOT EPISODE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRtqQLMAZek I love this one. Released in spring 2001, the pilot for the X-Files spin-off show The Lone Gunmen (remember the hackers Mulder visits from time to time, those guys, fantastic series covering most of the classic conspiracy theories btw) follows a plot that has very much in common with the 11-09-2001 attacks, or rather, in common with the conspiracy theories that came bubbling out of the abyss that opened, concerning the supposed inside-job conspiracy, RC planes, controlled demolition, the whole and shameful
