We are almost back. I am testing a fresh new pool at the moment. Not open for mining yet but registration is possible.

We have completed the build for the basics for the solar charger but we have 1 dead LiFePo4 battery that we need to get RMA on so I am working on that. We also got a quote on installing a solar array at our school.
 
Here is the 50W panel battery pack charging power banks from used laptop batteries we repurposed.

UPDATE:  The Alliance got now round about 100.000 Freicoins through the Freicoin Foundation matching.
That equals to 10% matching. Maaku said, that the other 90% will follow once the donation matching script is changed.
 
Outgoing:
The first transaction of 45K Freicoins was made to the Freicoin Alliance donation address to apply for donation matching, because the donor has sent the donation to the wrong address where the alliance would not get an matching.

As i want to establish some essential tools for Freicoin in general and i think it's about time that we involve some development not just of the coin, but make it easier to use and develop on. (yeah, everybody can spend it on a exchange, but i was hoping i do not have to drag my pc on a trolley to the shop to pay for a product)
 
 
After some discussion with the current donators we decide to make this as a single bounty for a mobile wallet in general (android / iOS)
 
The full bounty is for creating a mobile wallet for Freicoin.

Bounty can be claimed for a fully working wallet for android / ios, released open source and provide binaries for those who do not know anything about compiling code. It needs to be a fully working product that everyone can use and it needs to be stable. Think user friendly, not something that just you as a developer understands.

Hi guys,
 I've lost the hosting for machine three for the next few weeks at least. The machines have to go on the guest  IP range at work so it's not seen on the main network. and we have now run out of IP address' due to some training going on at work. We've asked corp IT to increase our range but its not high priority at the moment .
 
It wont be forever but Need to check what everyone wants to do about it. I can Offer the units for sale on ebay or i can Just throw them back on once we have the new range or the training dies down and let them plod away (we get free power which is great I would'nt want these noisy, power hingry units at home)

The latest code works; you can send and receive coins. Currently, the displayed balance only adjusts for demurrage on confirmed transactions, but the wallet will still ensure that you actually have the demurrage-adjusted balance you're trying to send before sending a transaction. (e.g. Your balance may show "1 FRC" but you will not be able to send 1 FRC, if you use the shortcut for 'send all balance' (an exclamation point), your demurrage-adjusted balance will be used.)

I'm trying to find the serialization format for this refheight field. i.e. Where does it go and how many bytes is it?

As we rely on coinplorer today as the main block explorer for freicoin, it might be time to see if someone can port a open source one for Freicoin that we can run on our own servers. 
 
The day coinplorer removes us (if it happens) we have nothing.
 
I think i saw a while back that somebody had a ABE working. If they have, please publish so we can get one up and running again.

I have a working electrum-frc-server and electrum-frc. It's not quite complete. There are no reliable places that run electrum-frc-server so currently you have to run one on localhost. (Kind of defeats the purpose but hopefully someone with an available server will pop up.)
 
Currently electrum-frc is incomplete in that:
1.) It doesn't know anything about demurrage. 2.) It doesn't check the difficulty of headers it's given. (Though honestly, the amount of security that the difficulty check adds is debatable, especially given that there will likely be few servers.) 3.) Block explorers are still the old Bitcoin ones. Anyway, if you have a server to connect to, electrum-frc currently works for sending/receiving FRC. Will finish it as soon as possible.

I dont use exchanges too much, so I usually use the same address for deposits quite often and thats been working fine for me Some people promote the "best practices" for exchanges too, so with that in mind, creating a new address for every deposit would be the way to go
Though, I've heard from some other traders too, that with Cryptsy it'd be good to generate a new addy every now and then. New address for every week seems to be what most recommend, but at the least for every month. Heard it has something to do with their way of managing their wallets and the "priority deposit" system.. or something This is all hear-talk, so I'm not really sure whats the deal

Mazacoin fellas are working on a multi-coin electrum fork, that would.. like the name suggests.. allow multiple different coins to work on a single client. This would though require the Freicoin electrum version of the client to be BIP44 compliant though.

So.. I'll up my bounty to 5 Freihours for a version that is BIP44 compliant
