Well I've been looking into it and i'm still 100% how it would work as a charity in the normal sense of the word
 
As the Alliance was set to promote FRC via different channels - Including, but not limited to, Donations, micro-loans, Faucet, giveaways  and anything else we can think of to promote use and takeup - I dont  think we can be classed as a charity... I'm still not 100% sure thoug. if it was Fiat we were dealing with it may be more clear cut.  As we are not just helping those in need and are actually trying to promote a "product" i'm think we might fall more into  a non profit organisation - So it maybe that we should look more at that side?

Perhaps along the lines of Co-operatives or Workers’ Co-operatives or even a limited company ( we would just have operating profits in the sence of Fiat being held).
 
 
In all this research I need to point something out for transparency about myself .
 
  I am currently entered into an IVA  (Individual voluntary arrangement) with my creditors (nothing major... I managed to build up bills with my credit card company(s) over the years and I'm Paying it off. I pay an agreed amount every month untill the debt's is finished (a few years to go). Taught me a valuable lesson and it's something that led me to be interested in Freicoin. Anyway  from looking into things it does stop me from being a treasurer for a charity (something I didn't know untill i started looking into it). 
 
Of course me saying that and then saying a charity may not be the way to go might look like a conflict of interests and I'll happily step aside if anyone does think that way. I'm more than happy to help out in any way possible. I'm happy to supply details of my IVA and how and where it can be checked via PM. If anyone has any concerns then please let me know. I dont want to damage the Alliance or Freicoin in any way So if  you would rather i take a more "back seat" role i will.
 
If you want to talk about it with me and raise any concerns  please get in touch - I have nothing to hide and have always been very open about myself.

Ya start without legal is ok if it is ok with the Freicoin Foundation. Might be something we need sooner. Thanks Molly for checking into the charity angle.

I think all these points are acceptable to me and will help us move forward in the FA.
 
I would suggest we have at least 2 people with control and an alternate if someone can't fulfill the duties.
 
I volunteer to be an alternate at this time as I would have a conflict of interest with while being a guarantor for the loan from the FA in the micro loan pilot project.

This works for me.

I think we need to list a few important questions for Mark so he can give us some insight.
 
I have a few but others should read the paper and think about the implications of sidechains and ask some probing questions to help us focus our efforts inside the FA.
 
1. How might this affect current exchanges?
2. How should we in the FA proceed with things like the Android based Wallet?
3. Do we need to wait for sidechains if we are trying to get bootstrapped applications that might need new coding for sidechains?
4. How might this affect current service providers like cointopay does this make them obsolete or will they have to work on a new adaptation to sidechains when they are live?
5. How can we help support bootstrapping before during and after the implementation of sidechains? Meaning what areas should we focus on?

Well, as already tipped in the description, its something used in sauna Vihta is a collection of dozens of birch branches, with leaves still attached, tied together.. kinda like a collection of flowers This stick bouquet though, is used during sauna sessions to whack yourself all over the body, while shouting PERKELE!!! ... The yelling part is optional though, but proper vikings put their soul into it, hehehe

1. Get Ask Coin to accept FRC.  
2. Get BTC-e to accept FRC.
3. Get Kraken to accept FRC.
4. Here is a Complete List of Bitcoin Exchanges so we can target other sites on our own and get FRC spread far and wide. As a group I suggest we work on Ask Coin first as it will be easy enough to get us on Ask Coin with minimal time and money to invest.

I am not sure how to proceed other than to first send emails from Mark or Jorge the developers to get some traction and then some members of the community can then work with BTC-e to help promote FRC inclusion on BTC-e.
 
3. Kraken is also a tough exchange to crack but we need to start a campaign and get FRC listed here. It is a major exchange that would allow us significant exposure to a much larger trading base for FRC. I am not sure how to proceed other than to first send emails from Mark or Jorge, the FRC developers, to get some traction and then some members of the community can then work with Kraken to help promote FRC inclusion on Kraken.
 
4. Members can work on their own or in teams to find other sites that will vote up coins or have open door policies to new altcoins. I have worked originally to get BTER as an FRC exchange and currently I am working on Palth Exchange in Thailand. 
 
Evaluation:
 
In an effort to keep our work from crossing over please post below what exchange sites you have contacted and ANY successes you have achieved in getting the exchanges to accept FRC. We will update the Exchange list as this happens. There are probably 100's of exchanges so the more we push the wider we can spread the coins placement. A polite, concerted effort to get FRC listed will pay off dividends in 2015. 

Ok we will try and set up a "lab" we have the computers available so that we can build this up.

There are tons of possibilities, and a simple design manual would naturally open up for later adaptions, by limiting typography to a certain font and a few illustrations showing proportional limits and composition, spot colour values and so on. The most important thing is consistency and being loyal to your brand's design manual. 
 
I always had a rule when I used to work with this kind of things, and that's basically that a logo must work in black and white, and I used to keep an old depleted fax machine in my office for effects and fail-proofing of logos and visual drapery.
